Rooted in an artistic process she’s been honing since early childhood, Andra Mae creates abstract works that are expressive, bold, and intuitive. Through her exploration of layering impactful color and texture, her work encourages it’s viewer to look deeper and uncover what is hidden just beneath the surface. In her work she explores themes like grief, loss, navigating change, and uses her art to make sense of life’s big feelings.
Her work will be displayed at the Pancakes & Booze group art show on Saturday April 18th at The Grenada Theater in Minneapolis, MN.
